Stumps are measured at the widest part of the base *where the stump meets the ground). If the soil is raised around the perimeter of the stump, it is recommended to include this information for an accurate quote.

Yes, we offer onsite relocation of your grinding debris as well as complete removal and haul away for an additional fee. 

Our standard minimum depth is 6-8" to allow proper depth for grass. We can go as deep or as shallow as you would like based on your project. Our 85 HP Machine can grind 21" below the surface for replanting.

Our current record is 3' below grade to ensure complete removal of a 12' wide stump for driveway installation.

Yes, Brown's Stump Removal carries General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto Insurance. Copies available upon request.

We pride ourselves in being "unstumpable". Our large and medium grinders can fit through an opening as narrow as 36" gate opening & our handheld grinder can go anywhere a person can safely walk. 

No, all of our equipment is self-propelled or can easily be carried on the operator's shoulder. 

We do not operate "tow behind" grinders like some other companies.
